By accessing or using CareerLook (careerlook.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe to CareerLook. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally permitted to use this service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. CareerLook is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.

CareerLook offers paid subscription plans that provide access to curated job alert channels. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected period
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew before expiry
• Access to job alerts begins immediately upon successful payment confirmation
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice via the platform

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish job listings from CareerLook without written permission
• Use the platform to post fraudulent, misleading, or spam content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its data
• Use automated bots, crawlers, or scripts to access the platform
• Resell, sublicense, or transfer your subscription to another person
• Use CareerLook for any unlawful purpose

CareerLook aggregates job listings from multiple sources including direct hiring teams, job boards, and IT Park announcements. We do not create, endorse, or guarantee any job listing. All applications are made directly with the hiring company.

We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or outcome of any job listing. The hiring decision rests solely with the employer.

The ATS Checker and Resume Builder are powered by third-party AI. These tools are provided as a helpful guide only. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions. Do not rely on AI output as professional career advice.

All content, code, design, branding, and features on CareerLook are the intellectual property of CareerLook Premium. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

By uploading your CV or resume, you grant CareerLook a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that document for the purpose of providing our services to you.

We aim to keep CareerLook available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that may temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings panel in your dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any account for violation of these terms without prior notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless covered by our Refund Policy.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of CareerLook shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

CareerLook is a job aggregation and alert platform covering IT sector jobs across India. We collect publicly available job postings from multiple sources, curate them, and deliver them to subscribers as instant alerts via WhatsApp, Telegram, and our dashboard.

This policy explains where we collect job data from, how we use it, and our relationship with each source.

We curate job listings from the following categories of sources. Our team reviews and verifies listings before publishing them on CareerLook.

We collect only job-related information — job titles, company names, locations, experience requirements, job descriptions, and application links. We do not collect or store any personal data of candidates or employees from our sources.

All listings are reviewed by our team before being published. The information collected is used exclusively to:

• Display curated job listings on the CareerLook dashboard and website
• Deliver daily job alert notifications to subscribers via WhatsApp and Telegram
• Enable search, filtering, and categorisation of listings by role, location, and experience

CareerLook is an independent platform. We are not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any third-party job board, social network, or IT Park unless explicitly stated.

All company names, product names, and trademarks referenced on this platform belong to their respective owners. Their mention is solely to identify the origin of job information and does not imply any commercial relationship.

If you represent a company or platform and have concerns about a listing, please contact us at contact@careerlook.in and we will respond within 3 business days.

We update job listings regularly throughout the day. However, we cannot guarantee that every listing is current at the time of viewing. Jobs may be filled, closed, or modified by the hiring company without notice to us.

We make a reasonable effort to remove expired or filled positions, but users should always verify job status directly with the employer or the original source platform before applying.

We do not collect, store, or process any personal data belonging to job seekers, employees, or recruiters from our source platforms. The only personal data we hold is that which our own subscribers voluntarily provide when creating a CareerLook account.

If you are a company, recruiter, or platform operator and wish to have specific job listings removed from CareerLook, please email us at contact@careerlook.in with the following details:

• The job title and company name of the listing(s) to be removed
• The reason for the removal request
• Proof of authority to request removal (e.g. company email address)

We will review and act on valid removal requests within 3 business days.

We may update this policy as we add new data sources or change how we collect and use data. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of CareerLook after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
